Study at home and at your own pace with a carefully curated library of on demand videos and a comprehensive aerial yoga manual developed by Monique of the Aerial Yoga Academy. Conclude the course with a personalised 2-day training session with Lotte at the Soul Safari Aerial Yoga Deck or an affiliated training location at one of Malawi’s wildlife reserves or luxury lake lodges. There’s a beautiful (aerial) yoga deck at Mvuu Lodge in Liwonde National Park. You might spot an elephant while hanging upside down.
The course is structured to fit in with your existing schedule. You can study at your own pace, but we recommend setting aside at least 1 to 3 months to complete the online training sessions and written assessment before attending the 2-day practical training session.
